Review: Vans BFBs

BFB stands for “Best F*cking Boot”, this might be a bit of an exageration but these boots are pretty F-ing good.  The BFB is the framework that Andreas Wiig’s pro-model boot was built on this year and offers pro level performance at a bargain price.  Because of my chicken legs, I have a hard time finding boots that I can get tight enough to support my ankles.  The BFB’s internal support harness coupled with the Quad Fit Asym-X liners work with the natural anatomy of the heel and ankle to ensure a nice snug fit with no heel lift.  Another nice touch is the velcro dot on the tounge that prevents it from moving and twisting throughout the day.  Honeycomb air cushioning in the ball and heel smooth out those rough landings and the low profile classic skate styling make the BFBs look good on the hill or in the lounge.   I’d reccomend the BFBs to anyone who is looking for a stylish, lighter weight, mid-flexing boot at a great price.
