The U.S. Snowboarding Grand Prix from Killington, Vermont concluded today with the Paul Mitchell Progression Session Slopestyle finals.  Soft snow and sunny skies combined for perfect conditions and New Hampshire’s Sam Hubert and Ohio’s Mary Sallah took home the wins.

Hubert’s winning run consisted of a boardslide 270 out on the flat box, a half-cab 50/50 180 off on the down rail into a switch bs 900, fs 700, bs 900 on the jump line, ending with a 360 spin across the propane tank jib.

Sam was followed by an all east coast podium consisting of New Jersey’s Tim Humphreys in second and New York’s Jeremy Thompson in third.

Hubert was stoked to take the win saying, “I am so excited. I’ve never really won any contest this big.”

On the women’s side Stratton Mountain School’s Sallah was joined by Allyson Carroll of Truckee, CA in second and Park City’s Madison Blackley in third.

Thanks to Killington Resort for hosting a great weekend of competition and events.  If you missed the action in person this weekend you can catch all the highlights next weekend on NBC (March 21st at 2PM ET)
