eesa Riders Get X-Treme!

You might be wondering what this has to do with East Coast snowboarding?  I don’t anticipate the the Freeride World Tour will be making any East Coast stops anytime soon.  Unless they’re planning on hitting up Tuck’s this spring… Hey, that actually isn’t too bad of an idea.  Anyway, back to the point.    I was sent this video by our good friends at eesa in Waterbury, VT and eesa riders Jonas Emery and Matt Annetts placed 2nd and 3rd respectively (Bern rider Jeremy Jones took 1st).  So that’s enough of a tie-in for me.  It’s getting late in the season you know and content is getting scarce… Besides, who doesn’t enjoy a good video?

For those of you who don’t know, the Freeride World Tour pits tops skiers and snowboarders against each other on some of the most technical mountain faces in the world.  From Sochi, Russia to Squaw Valley, California skiers and riders compete to see who can put down the most epic lines on natural terrain.

Here are the highlights from the Squaw tour stop:

Next stop for the tour is Tignes, France.  Follow all the action at: FreerideWorldTour.com
